Professional Claims Adjusters, Inc. reviews your insurance policy to determine the coverage amounts and the claim procedures as mandated by your insurance company.
Structure Estimate
We prepare a structural estimate to include a room-by-room estimate of the building, showing in detail diagrams, dimensions, quantities, and unit cost.
Contents Estimate
Our adjusters will inventory all residential and household items affected in the loss. We will detail the degree of damage to each item, as well as verify current replacement costs. Our clients will review these inventories prior to the submission to the insurance carrier.
Additional Living Expense Claim
Professional Claims Adjusters, Inc. will assist the insured in locating living arrangements and assist with any extra expenses during the preparation, negotiation, and restoration of your home. We will file an additional living expense claim to include all documentation of additional expenses incurred as a result of this incident.
Liaison
As your assigned representative, Professional Claims Adjusters, Inc. meets and maintains regular contact with your insurance company adjuster. We then report the content of these meetings to you.
Negotiation
We negotiate your claim settlement with your insurance company representative, and we present all settlement offers to you. Our adjusters provide information and advice to help you understand and obtain a fair negotiated offer. No offer will be accepted or rejected without your prior consent.
